Founded in 1949, the company was restructured into a private joint-stock enterprise in 2002 and listed on the Shanghai Main Board in 2016 (referred to as "Meihu Co., Ltd.", stock code: 603319). Its products now cover powertrain pumps, new energy pumps, energy storage management systems, transmission devices, precision forming, intelligent equipment, electronic power steering systems/electronic control units, new energy by-wire products, etc. Currently, through the layout in emerging industries, it has entered new tracks such as low-altitude economy and humanoid robots under the new productive forces.
